Put Your Hands in the Air
May 4, 2011
The last few months have been crazy for the good people at Invisible Children. They’ve been busy raising millions of dollars, making appearances on Oprah, and touring cross country – oh, and they just threw a nationwide advocacy event/dance party. No big deal.
To help the event go off without a hitch Invisible Children brought in Sprinkle Lab to help coordinate the multimedia event featuring exclusive videos and musical performances by national artists who volunteered to collaborate with Invisible Children. Headlining groups included Peter Pisano of Peter Wolf Crier, Mumford and Son’s, Plain White T’s, and American Idol’s David Archuleta.
Sprinkle Lab authored DVDs, coordinated day-of media distribution for all seventeen events, and also produced a unique online twist for the event – a live video feed of select performances. This allowed participants who were not able to attend in person to connect with the thousands of others simultaneously joining in on the event across the country.
We’re glad we could help make Invisible Children’s event a success – and delicious.
